G-string journey from Kabul to Cork – Wheels.ca

Wheels article2A big thanks to Lesley Wimbush for the article about G-string journey in the Toronto Star and Wheels.ca today:

G-string journey from Kabul to Cork – Wheels.ca Wheels.ca.

One correction Lesley – I ate a “Wakhan Menu” while I was hiking in the Pamirs, which is considered the most remote place on earth. My actual diet is much more complicated. For all you Crohnies out there, I will try to write a post about what and how I eat at some stage. It is not for everyone. Crohn’s is a funny ‘disease’ in that it affects everyone differently and how one tackles it is different for everyone. I have a lot of theories on why we are ‘sick’, but I will leave that for another post.

For now, take a minute to read Lesley’s article. I hope you enjoy it.

  1. My apologies Sheilagh! Let’s hope the Star loves your story so much that they insist on further updates – we can set the record straight on your “Crohns in Kabul” maintenance diet!
